THE PATRICIA CUCCHI-PUGLISE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

SPONSORED BY THE GATEWAY PLAYHOUSE

Patricia Cucchi Puglise was a board member of the Theater Collaborative of South

Jersey from its inception. Her passion and love for all aspects of theater were

well-known throughout the area. As the founder of the Sea Isle City Players,

Pat produced, directed, starred in, and worked on everything in between for

countless productions.  Pat was dedicated to training, educating, and providing

rewarding opportunities for those who shared her love of theater.

As a memorial tribute to her legacy, the Gateway Playhouse (Somers Point, NJ) is accepting applications for the Patricia Cucchi Puglise Scholarship, which will provide full tuition for a student to participate in the GATEWAY TO THE ARTS summer program.  This opportunity will allow deserving recipients to fulfill Pat’s dreams of providing those who are passionate about theater with the skills and experiences they need to succeed.

This scholarship is open to students aged 8-18 who have an enduring love of theater and hope to gain experience in the arts.  The scholarship provides tuition for one student to participate in the Gateway to the Arts summer program.
