Where Broadway’s past shapes tomorrow’s performers

This summer, we are proudly leaning into the classics, the shows and stories that shaped Broadway and continue to shape today’s performers. From the magic of Disney to the grit of turn-of-the-century New York and the brilliance of the Gershwin era, each production has been carefully selected to help our artists build a diverse, competitive performance résumé while growing as confident, skilled storytellers.

Whether participants are stepping onto the stage for the first time or preparing for advanced theatrical opportunities, every performer will experience the discipline, joy, and artistry that come from working in iconic, time-tested material.

​MUSICAL MUNCHKINS:

Final Production of  DISNEY THROUGH THE

YEARS 

(Ages 7-9) $325

 LIMITED TO 35 STUDENTS

The Musical Munchkins Program is an introduction                                       the perfect introduction to theater!  The                                           Programming includes acting, singing and dancing                                similar to the our other classes, but lays the foundation of what it's like to be on stage. Students will have more of an opportunity to audition for principal roles in their own production.  This group will also work with live musicians and will culminate in a final production. Our youngest performers take center stage in this joyful revue celebrating the timeless music of Disney! From beloved classics to modern favorites, Disney Through the Years showcases the magic, wonder, and heart that have defined generations of storytelling. By leaning into these iconic works, our Musical Munchkins begin building a diverse performance résumé rooted in the classics, while experiencing the thrill of singing, dancing, and storytelling onstage. It’s the perfect first step into a lifelong love of musical theatre!

***Auditions for Musical Munchkins will be for those wanting a solo and will take place throughout the rehearsals. You do not need to sign up for an audition for musical munchkins***

 

​​SHINING STARS:

Final Production of  DISNEY'S NEWISES JR.

(Ages 10 - 13) $500

LIMITED TO 35 STUDENTS

The Shining Stars Program is designed for a more                                        in-depth theatrical experience for ages 10 - 13.                                          The Programming includes acting, singing and                                      dancing similar to the Rising Stars, but will include a

slightly younger age group, so that they will have

more of an opportunity to audition for principal roles in their own production.  This group will also work with live musicians and will culminate in a final production of DISNEY'S NEWSIES JR. Bold, high-energy, and packed with heart, Newsies Jr. brings Broadway’s favorite underdogs to life! This rousing story of young people standing up for what’s right gives our Shining Stars the opportunity to tackle a true theatrical classic while building a dynamic and diverse résumé. With thrilling choreography, powerful ensemble moments, and unforgettable songs, this production is a perfect blend of traditional musical theatre and youthful fire, exactly the kind of experience that grows confident, versatile performers.

 

 

​RISING STARS:

Final Production of CRAZY FOR YOU

(Ages 14 - 18) $500

LIMITED TO 35 STUDENTS

The Rising Star Program is designed for a more

in-depth theatrical experience. The programming

includes acting, singing and dancing similar to the

Shining Stars. These classes will meet three times

per week, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

This program will also incorporate live musicians so the students can interact with another aspect of live performance. This program culminates in a final production of CRAZY FOR YOU. ​Get ready for big laughs, show-stopping dance numbers, and the irresistible music of George and Ira Gershwin! Crazy for You is a golden-age musical comedy that lets our Rising Stars shine in a full-scale, classic Broadway production. By leaning into this iconic style, performers strengthen their skills in comedy, dance, and vocal performance while building a diverse theatrical résumé that reflects both timeless tradition and professional-level storytelling. It’s musical theatre at its most joyful; and most dazzling!
